Joris Laarman, a Dutch designer, has a range of furniture, which takes on the skeletal form. They all form a collection of bone furniture, with the newest of the collection being the bone armchair.
Making up the collection, is 11 other uniquely designed furniture, which are all considered limited edition. In manufacturing the chair it’s made by molding a mixture of marble and porcelain with some resin added to the mixture.
With the perforating openings, these allow the chair to vent, allowing air to circulate through the openings. This will definitely be advantageous especially within the summer months. Equally adding to its uniqueness as appose to keeping with standards and having four legs; its uses three which to some extent allow the chair to break away from normality, creating something as unique to the next.
